Cancellation Policy

A significant portion of our expenses are incurred within the three week timeframe preceding a scheduled class. In the event of a late cancellation, very few of those expenses are recoverable and our cancellation policy reflects this reality. Any student who desires to cancel their spot in the class, must do so in writing, via email, at least 15 working days prior to the class date. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. A $25 administration fee will be deducted from any refund. Student substitutions or a credit on a future class can be given in lieu of a refund. No refunds, transfers, or credits will be given for no-shows.
